Advertising agency Bartle Bogle Hegarty recently asked me to display an exhibition of my work in their London offices.
The work presented here is both an examination of my past and present working methods and also a very loose collection of imagery, ephemera and objects that have helped inform my work. Also included here are a few pieces from my collaborative project with Two Times Elliott – Primitive Heritage.
The exhibition is more of a visual sketchbook than a structured, planned show and this approach allowed me the freedom to improvise on the walls of the studio – in fact a lot of the pieces here were created on the day I was putting everything up…..
Massive thanks to Louisa Grey for organising the show and letting me run riot on the 4th floor – it was organised chaos but I had a blast. Also thanks to Ruth Ward for the photography and Roderick Cardenas for help in getting everything up on the walls.
